COVID-19 UPDATE – We are still here working for you!

Just like everyone we are concerned for our clients and employees health and well being while continuing to provide amazing support.  We are so fortunate that we are able to work virtually and our team has been able to set up at home ensuring that our clients needs continue to be met.

We are open for business but are still primarily working from our home offices.    With precautions we can meet you at our office or come on-site.

If you need to physically come to our office, we ask that you follow the following procedures:

  1. Please make an appointment so we know to expect you (especially as noted above most of us are not there on a daily basis).
  2. The building is still on lock down. Please buzz us using buzz code 404.
  3. When you arrive please do your best to maintain physical distancing from our team. This means keeping 6 feet (2 meters) space from each other.
  4. Please wear a mask at all time when you come to our office – even if you are healthy.
    • Wearing a non-medical or cloth mask or face covering is a matter of personal choice but can help to protect others. Some people can spread the virus when they have very mild symptoms or may be unaware that they are infected. In this case, wearing a mask can help protect others by containing your own droplets from coughing, sneezing, speaking, or laughing. Wearing a cloth mask will not protect you from COVID-19 but it is a good option in situations where you cannot keep a safe distance from others.
  5. Please wash your hands or use our hand sanitizer upon entering our offices.

If you have booked time for one of our team members to come to your office, we ask that you follow these procedures:

Please be mindful and not ask our staffs to support you on site if

  1. You had symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days; symptoms include fever, chills, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, and new muscle aches or headache.
  2. You are asked by a provincial health officer to self-isolate.
  3. You have arrived from outside of Canada or have been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case in the past 14 days.

Please understand that it is our company policy that our staff may practice the following measures when they go on site. Please also try to follow these guidelines, so that our staff feel safe when they are supporting you on site.

  1. Physical distancing of 2 meters
  2. Mask wearing
    • Please do not feel offended if our staffs wear masks even when they’ve been ensured that you are healthy. Wearing a non-medical or cloth mask or face covering is a matter of personal choice but can help to protect others. Some people can spread the virus when they have very mild symptoms or may be unaware that they are infected. In this case, wearing a mask can help protect others by containing your own droplets from coughing, sneezing, speaking or laughing. Wearing a cloth mask will not protect you from COVID-19 but it is a good option in situations where you cannot keep a safe distance from others.
  3. Frequent hand washing or usage of alcohol-based hand rubs (ABHR)
    • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Using soap and water is the single most effective way of reducing the spread of infection because soap actively destroys the surface of the virus.
    • If soap and water are not available, alcohol-based hand rubs (ABHR) can be used to clean your hands if they are not visibly soiled. If they are visibly soiled, use a wipe and then ABHR to effectively clean them.
    • Try not touch your face, eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands
  4. Cover your mouth and nose with a disposable tissue or the crease of your elbow when you sneeze or cough instead of your hands.
  5. Avoid sharing food, drinks, utensils, etc.
