Online Assessment

We will send you our online Administrative Procedures Assessment Tool to complete prior to our meeting. This will allow us to better prepare for our meeting with you.

Telephone Assessment

After reviewing your online assessment, we will schedule a telephone assessment to ask follow-up questions and get a better idea of your work style and needs.

Next Steps Report

Having gained tremendous insight into your work style, what is and isn’t working and what processes you have in place, we will write a “Next Steps” Report that you can implement immediately.

One Month Check-in

We will follow up with you one month after we’ve provided you with the “Next Steps” Report to see how your implementation is going and if you need assistance.
